Last couple of days

We are half way through the week. YAY!
It's been tough... I won't sugar coat it, I'm emotional exhausted & a little physically run down. But we are being held by strength not of our own.

The MRI was difficult, but I made it and stayed still which was the big concern. If you move they must start completely over - that was so not going to happen. It was 20 minutes of intense prayer time with Jesus. And we still found joy in my interaction with the techs, because laughter is good medicine. I had a little reaction to the dye but it has gone away now. We'll find out results soon, but it's still looking like NO lymph nodes - PRAISE GOD!!!

Port surgery was this morning, overall it went very well.  I had a lot of nerves going into surgery, but they took great care of me and recovery wasn't too bad, I have no memory of surgery but understand that went great too! They are learning how to take care of me after anesthesia very well, no nausea at all! Again huge PRAISE!  I'm sore and a little out of it still but happy to be home and resting today!

We have been pampered the last few days by amazing people in our lives.
Thank you for your sweetness and out pouring of love this week.  We don't fight this battle alone and the calls, texts, and encouraging words have been our life line.  We have an army fighting with us and it's so seen and felt.

All came at times when I so needed something to put a smile on my face!

My sweet port pillow for the car rides - made with love!
And states my desire in this all! My faith is bigger than all my fears!
